Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the HTTZ website and the video and content-operations services we provide to businesses in the media & entertainment industry ("HTTZ", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

HTTZ provides tooling and services to businesses that own content or an audience. It is not a consumer product and does not sell or advertise directly to the general public.

1. Who we are

HTTZ builds OTT and video solutions for the media & entertainment industry — including shoppable content, advertising, ad-free subscriptions, social clipping, and AI-assisted content operations. We work with OTT and streaming operators, broadcasters, content owners and studios, publishers and creators, and brands and rights holders ("Customers").

2. Our services

Our services help Customers manage, enhance, and distribute video content they own or are authorised to use. This includes automated content-operations tooling — for example generating clips, trailers, key art, subtitles, and advertising cue points from a Customer's own catalogue, and preparing that content for publishing to the Customer's own destinations and connected social accounts.

Human approval

Content-operations tooling produces drafts and proposals. Nothing is published, posted to a social platform, or made live to end users without an authorised operator of the Customer reviewing and approving it. Automated processes never publish on their own.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use HTTZ only for lawful purposes and only with content you own or are authorised to use. You agree not to:

4. Customer content and rights

As between you and HTTZ, you retain all rights in the content you provide. You grant HTTZ the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform that content solely to provide the services to you and at your direction. You are responsible for holding the rights and clearances necessary for the content you process, and for the content that your authorised operators choose to publish.

5. Third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, and others)

Where you connect a third-party platform account, the services act on that account only as you direct, through that platform's official APIs, and subject to that platform's terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the connected accounts and for ensuring your use complies with each platform's rules.

6. Publishing and visibility

Content is private by default. Any change to public visibility — on our surfaces or on a connected platform — is an explicit action taken by an authorised operator of the Customer, not a default of the service.

7. Fees

Where fees apply, they are set out in a separate order or agreement between you and HTTZ. This website itself is informational.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTTZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTTZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the services, our Customers, or third parties.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
